using the wavedreamer WordPress journal
Hopefully by now you have already read some of the posts in the wavedreamer journal & are keen to contribute to the discussions. The journal is powered by WordPress, a state-of-the-art website publishing platform. In order to comment on any of the threads in the journal, you need to be registered with us first. You can click here to register.
When you first register, follow the on screen instructions & you will be taken to our WordPress registration page. After choosing your screen user name & submitting your email address, you will be sent a password to that email address. You can now return to the journal, log in and start posting! Remember, initially, as a subscriber, all your threads will need moderating/approving before appearing on the live site. In time, you can request to be a contributor, whereupon you can comment as you wish, with immediate results. We are hoping to reach a wide & diverse audience of like-minded folk, so remember that only pleasant, non-agressive & non x-rated comments are welcome!

We are a creative bunch here at wavedreamer & we do like things that look beautiful, even potentially soulless things like websites! That is why we would plead with you, if you have not already done so, to turn your back on lifeless Internet Explorer & start using browsers like FireFox instead. You will be amazed how much nicer a place to look at the internet can be, let alone simpler to use, if you just escape from Bill Gates' clutches. You will be rewarded more by all the hard work we have put into the site, which is only truly viewable in the superior browsers like Firefox. It has far better security as well.

Of course, if we are talking creative boffins, it goes without saying that we all use Apple Macs. Luckily, even if you are on PC, you can still have a taste of what awaits you by using Apple's own Safari browser for your internet experience. Rejoice in the softened texts, rounded edges & uncluttered layout. Now you can concentrate on the sites you want to visit, not the big ugly buttons & panels all over your browser. The suggested browser of choice for wavedreamer visitors

linking to wavedreamer movies on YouTube
Hopefully you have seen some movies here that have stirred you in some way & we hope even more that they haved moved you to share the experience!
As we build our collection of wavedreamer movies on YouTube, more and more of the films on this site will be available for you to send to friends or for your own use in a website or blog. There are two main ways to do this:
Whenever you see this icon next to a movie, it means that it is available for linking on YouTube. You can either link to the movie's URL (web address) or you can embed the code into your own site or blog.

You can use this option if you just want to feature a link to the movie in an email, website or document. It will just forward you to the YouTube page for that movie. Simply click inside the box underneath the link title & it will autoselect the entire link for you. You can then copy & paste* the link wherever it is needed.
embed a movie
By embedding, you can featue a wavedreamer movie directly your own website or blog page. Just select & copy* the code from the embed box, as described above. You can then paste* the code for the movie wherever you like in your own code. You may need to follow instructions for your own blog or social networking site in order to implement it correctly.

(1) right/ctrl-click on the selected text & choose 'copy'
(2) go to the main menu ∓ select 'edit > copy'
(3) use ctrl/cmd + 'c'
