I have been looking for a connection to make sense of the new journal about to appear on wavedreamer. I have been really passionate about two activities in my life, one is obviously surfing, the other is growing food. You know what, the connection is SELF RELIANCE at a time when we are all so interdependent it is liberating to do things that sustain and nourish, physically and emotionally without the need for someone else to contribute. Whats really special for me is to be able to do both activities in locations within sight of each other!
